How To Apply ?


Before, you get to know about the Application Submission Process, you must take note of the Important Dates of this Examination.


Sale of Application forms will start from : 13th June, 2013
Last Date for Receipt of Applications is : 12th July, 2013
Date of Preliminary Exam: 15th September, 2013

Application forms: The Application forms for the KAS Preliminary Exam, can be obtained from the Designated J&K Bank Branches against the Cash Payment of Rs 800 (For General Category) and Rs 400 (For SC/ST/RBA/LAC/SLC and Physically Challenged) Candidates.

Along with Application form, you will also get the SRO 387 containing the Syllabus of the KAS Exam. The Application can be obtained from the J&K Bank branches at the Working Hours (Transaction Hours) upto 11th July, 2013.

Remember, No application forms will be sold on 12th July, which is also the Last Date for Receipt of Application forms

Receipt of Applications: The Duly filled in Application Forms along with your Photograph (Attested by Gazetted Officer) pasted in the relevant space, Completely Filled Acknowledgement Card will be deposited in any Designated J&K Bank branch before 12th July, 2013 (Last Date)

After depositing the Application form, remember to take back your "Acknowledgement Card", as it is required in the further stages of Examination.
