Normally candidates who have secured above 55% in post graduation can apply for a PH.d. There is no age limit to apply. Most of the institutes conduct an entrance exam as part of the selection procedure. Some of the popular institutes/ universities offering this specialisation are NIMHANS, Delhi University, NIT Rourkela etc. You can visit the websites to know details on when the application forms will be available.
