dear sir if people will fail in exam than tell me other option to how to become agent.

Your question lack detail information. You haven't mentioned that you want to become agent for which company and product. Normally agents are associated with financial products, FMCG, Real Estate, Beverages etc. There are several examination conducted as well for recruiting agents, like for Life and General Insurance its IRDA exam, for Mutual Funds its AMFI certification. To work or getting agency in real estate or FMCG or Beverages you do not need any examination to qualify.
