Re: How to become a CA? Procedure and fee details for become a CA?
Since you are a 12th pass you are eligible for the course. You need to enroll for the first stage of this course i.e. CPT. The total cost for this level is Rs 9000/- which will include the registration and the tuition fees. On clearing the first level you are eligible for the next level i.e. PCC. The cost of this level is Rs 4000. In this level you will need to undergo a training in IT for 100 hours . For this the cost is Rs 2000/-. Only after clearing this level you are eligible for the final level. You will need to pay Rs 8500/- for this level. Along with this it is a must that the candidate should do his articleship under a registered CA.

Quote:
Do not be confused when I am there to help. You can go for the CA course right after 12th. It will be better if your 12th standard marks are more than 60%. So then you can go for the entrance examination for CA course. This is called the CPT or common proficiency test. Now this test is divided into two halves each being of 100 marks. So the total marks for this examination is of 200. The subjects covered in this test are mercantile laws, accounts, general economics, and quantitative aptitude. So it will be better if you are from commerce genre itself. Now after clearing CPT with 50%(that is, 100 marks) or more, you can enter the CA or chartered accountancy course. The course will be of 2 professional courses and must be completed in due time by clearing every examination. All the Best. |
