Tell me that how can i become a psychiatrist after completing my 12th class by delhi board and also tell me the career options available in this field.

To become Psychiatrist, you should have done 12th from physics, chemistry and biology as the main core subjects.
The basic qualification required is MBBS and then after it you can pursue any one of the given below courses:

Post Graduate diploma in Psychiatry which is of 3 years duration.
OR
Diploma course in Psychiatry
OR
DNB Psychaitry

Psychiatrists are the medical doctors who specialist in recognizing mental or physical illness or both by the symptoms.
In this era, psychiatrists are very important as most of people are in mental stress for any cause and they need to be tested checkups so that their stress may not harm their health and psychiatrists are experts in analyzing problems and providing solutions.

To become Psychiatrist, first of all, MBBS is basic requirement.
MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. It is a 5 year degree course after 12th.
Along with MBBS degree, candidate must have completed 1 year internship.
After having MBBS degree, one need to pursue either postgraduate course(M.D- Doctor of Medicine) or diploma course in psychiatric medicine(DPM).

National Board of Examination also conduct a course Diploma of National Board exam which is also equivalent to M.D.
