To the best of my knowledge, Biological sciences will not be useful for the candidates in Banking sector. The jargon used in Biological sciences and banking sector is completely different.

Especially, Zoology (the study of animals) will nowhere be related to Banking.

If you are a candidate from Biological Sciences and if you are preparing for the Bank Exams, yes you can prepare and crack the bank exams.

So, to have good career in Banknig sector, be strong enough in terminology of banking sector.

As per written exam for Bank Jobs, it consists of questions from the following categories
-Reasoning
-Quantitative Aptitude
-General Awareness
-General English
-Computer Knowledge

Once you have gone through the written test, you will be called for Interview.

In Interview, you may posed a question regarding your shift to banking sector after completions studies in Biological sciences.

Then the best way to answer this is, you have very much interest in banking sector. And so, you have had prepared well for bank exams and got through the written exam.
