working in insurance sector is better than working in banking sector ? & which sector is stable & is success?

first of all it is all about your interest.

both the jobs are good.

you should look into the pros and cons of the both jobs i mean you should give a deep thought into it.

but i wil suggest you to go in insurance field as you have got experience in that job which will help you to go further with good oppurtunities.

but still you should compare both the jobs on the basis of

salary

location

job security

facilities

opportunities

and many more.

both sectors or jobs are really good . in some areas or cases banking is best and in some cases insurance is best so it is very difficult to say that which job is best but i will suggest you to go for an insurance job but high post not the low

Banking Sector is better than Insurance. Because most of jobs in Insurance sector are based on sales target, which makes lots of people to leave it in within 5 years. So go for Banking

do insurance means only sales as i want to have job in operations in insurance

which have better scope engeineering or C.a or banking after 5 years

When we compare Insurance with Banking, surely Banking sector is better.

As per the job opportunities,selling Insurance products will be little difficult than banking products.

Insurance and FMCG will be the two sectors which most candidates don't like to join these days.

Most students wish to like to join in various public and private sector banks in the entry level positions of clerks and Probationary officers.

Banks are contributing more in the economic development of India. So plenty of opportunities are available in banking sector

In addition from time to time, the services that banks provide to the customers have developed a lot.

In today's world,both the sectors have great importance.You can go in either of the sector.Now that depends on your interest.Both are good.

BANKING SECTOR

• High responsibility
• Comfortable Job work
• Basic Salary Rs. 7K to 10K pm(for clerks); salary Rs. 12K to 18K pm (for officers)
• Stable career
• Good benefits (Eg: tours, gifts,etc.,)
• Quarters (in few banks)
• Pension (in public sectors only)

INSURANCE SECTOR

• High responsibility
• Less Comfortable Job work (for agents)
• Salary Rs. 15K to 20K pm(for officers); 25-32% of policy's premium amount(for agents)
• Stable career
• Good benefits (Eg: tours, gifts,etc.,)(for officers)
• target based incentives(for agents)
• Quarters (only for officers)
• Pensions (for officers); free insurances/equivalent offers

Note: Figures(Rs) given above are not precise. Compared to both the fields, i will choose any one of them but will go only for higher positions within them (because they are highly secured jobs)

Well Insurance and Banking sector both have good future. These are the field of having good scope and career. So both the jobs are good.
But i think banking sector have better career as because in this sector you will get good salary package and many other facilities like traveling, house rent etc.
The salary packages varies from 25000 to 35000 rupees per month.

I do not understand why everybody talk only about sales job here? If you join a pvt bank u wil have to work 8 to 8, and along with ur operations job u wil b given the sales targets to achieve. & Insurance i hope there are many more jobs other than selling. after an insurance product gets sold, who wil be doing the remaining part??? Its again insurance company!!! So can go for even operations part...???

So now better find out how is the scope of insurance-claim processing job... V/S Banking. & wanna tell you,,, If u r really gud & interested @ sales,,, U can opt for Banking than insurance.

BANKING JOB IS BETTER OR SSC

I have worked in reputed private banks and have 6 years experience in banking (Sales). I left my last job for family reasons 2 months back. Now I have job offer in Insurance sector. Should I join or not... as i dont know whether it is good or bad for me in sales.

Can i join the banking Sector , (I m working in IT in wipro but i getting there 10K my work exp 3 years on it feeld

guys i have qualify in written exam of LIC AAO but i have made some mistake in filling online form. does they allow to change some data in the form ??like i have 8.42 DGPA but i have mentioned there 8.44.

IN BANKING SECTOR :6 DAYS WORK IN A WEEK, HEAVY RESPONSIBILITY(OFFICERS CLERKS), HECTIC SCHEDULE IN OFFICE, LATE PACK UP FROM OFFICE (FOR OFFICERS), PUBLIC DEALING HIGH, MORE ALLOWANCES, MAY BE POSTED TO REMOTE AREAS.
INSURANCE SECTOR : 5 DAYS IN A WEEK(FOR GICs), LESSER RESPONSIBILITY(FOR BOTH), NORMAL OFFICE SCHEDULE, TIMELY PACK UP, SALARY HIGHER STRUCTURE THAN BANKS, MAXIMUM OFFICES LOCATED AT TOWN AREAS.

both sector placing a major role but insurance as a sales which place targets any private sector jobs have definetly targets dont concetreate on targets if you have opprtunity in any of the sectors please join dont miss that chance any job has their special qualities
