girls can apply for Indian Army through CDS after graduation in the OTA Academy.there is no togh phy. for girls

yes definetely girls can join indian army . but they are eligible only after completing their graduation. with science as your stream and maths as cumpulsory subject.

to join in amry, you have to appear an qualify UPSC exam.

through UPSC exam, you can join in Indian army.

the criteria to attain in the UPSC exam is

minimum graduation in qualification with 55% marks.

age limit 21-29 years.

I would like to tell you that there are many ways for girls to join the indian Army
the categories are as follows
1.SSC non tech women
2.SSC tech women
3.NCC spl Entry women
4.10+2 Tech entry scheme
5.University entry scheme(UES)
6.NDA
7.CDS
you can choose your way according to your qualification.
If you have a NCC certificate with B+ or higher grade than you may apply From NCC spl entry scheme. if you are 10+ than you can apply from NDA,
if you have more than 70% marks in 10+2 with PCM than you may apply for option num 4. if you are a pre fianl or final year engineering student than you may apply for UES scheme. if you are a non enginering student but graduate than you may apply for CDS.

ya girls can join army the procedure is nothing different just like how the gents join for it..........

To join the army you can either appear for NDA exam after 12 or CDS exam after graduation
The application for NDA is rightly under process.for more information visit www.upsc.gov.in

The eligibility criteria is a graduation in following courses

BTech
Bsc
MSc
MCA etc.

you join in the Flying school through SSC for which graduation with 60% is required with PCM at 10+2 level.
for this age limit is 19 to 23years.

you can join iaf by giving UPSC exam for which graduation with 55% is required
for this age limit is 21-29 years.

in one of your above answers given ,you have written that from many ways girls can join Indian army and one of the way is through NDA exam.But you have earlier written that NDA is only for unmarried males..please tell exact thing, how can a girl studying in 12 standard give which exam?and how?

Dear Freind
NDA is not for girls it is wrong and you need to be graduate to join ARMY either as Engineer, Doctor, LLB and many other fields but not after 12th class...Hope you clear your doubt.

U can apply in Indian Army through SSC the advertisement is published in employment newspaper twice a year.

Eligibilty Criteria is:

1. Academic Qualification
minimum graduation from a recognised university.

Girls are also eligible for Indian Army after completing her graduation...
The physical round is more easy for girls candidate...
Through SSC,CDS,NDA,NCC you can join there...

Hi,

Only unmarried male candidates are allowed in NDA. You can not apply for NDA.

You can not apply for NDA. It is true.
You can join Army after graduation only, but males ca also apply in 12th also.
