First you need to score minimum 50% percentage of marks in 12th standard to get admission for B.Sc nursing and you should studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th standard. To get admission for B.Sc course through government colleges are not easy thing. Since, you have score 90% percentage of marks in 12th standard. So, definitely your eligible for B.Sc in nursing course. Select the college which offers this course and visit the official website of college to know the date of admission. Most of the colleges admission begins during the June -July.

First of all you have scored very good marks in your 12 standard
The eligibility for admission in BSC is you will have to score at least 50% in your 12 standard
Some colleges also conduct their own entrance exams
But, yes definitely you will get admission on merit basis
