Hi friend, You have to write the online written test conducted by IGNOU. If you are selected through that exam ,you can opt for any courses.

Yes, you can pursue your degree through IGNOU.
The procedure is very simple, you need to give a written online test and then on your performance basis, if you're selected then you can join the course. Generally, most of the students appearing are selected.
