How can I apply for the post of Doctor in Indian Army?

How can apply Indian Army as Doctor? I am female candidate and about to complete my MBBS this year. Am I eligible for Doctor post in Indian Army? Or, do I need to do MD as well? What would be the pay scale of MBBS Doctors in Indian Army?
