How can I apply for UG(Communication) program through quota(music quota)?Am I eligible for M.A(English) in Delhi vicinity? I'm in 3rd year(English honors)


Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am in 3rd yr. English Honours. I want to apply for Mass Communication for my Post Graduation. My marks have been just below 50%. So thereby can i apply via quota ?? For e.g "Music Quota" ?? Is it possible to apply for M.A. in English via this quota. I prefer Delhi than other cities.
