-> You need to take marine engineering course in engineering so that you will be knowing about marine field which is mandatory that a ship operator must know.
-> Take training for ship operating and then experience it after so many trails and successfully certified to do it .
-> you need to be aced at it then only you will be appointed for the post which you wish to be at.
