I have completed my 12th boards in 2017 and I am preparing for medical entrance exams. How can I change my date of birth in all the documents including birth certificate??

Simple process,do follow it:
1)One has to apply either in Municipal Corporation or in your Panchayat mentioning your real date of birth.
2) You will receive affidavit from Notary concerning your date of birth.
3) And submit all these in your district educational office.
Hope you had understood.

It is not possible to change the date of birth in birth certificate now after completion of std 12th. It is too long to correct any error made.

So, you are not eligible to change the date of birth now.
