Prepare those chapters in Quantitative Aptitude which you fill easy, such as • Ratio and Proportion, Indices, Logarithms • Equations • Simple and Compound Interest • Sequence and Series • Measures of Central Tendency and Dispersion • Index Numbers • Probability These are easy Chapters in Quantitative Aptitude of CPT. If you will prepare these chapters then you can easily qualify the Quantitative Aptitude Section of CPT. |

CPT exams or Common Profiency tests are held in June and December each year by ICAI
CPT is the first stage of the CA programme Candidates who have appeared in class 12th exam or have passed class 12th exam can apply In the CPT exams questions are asked from the below sections: Fundamentals of accounting Mercantile LAWS General economics Quantitative Aptitude All the questions are asked in objective mode only Candidates scoring minimum 50% marks are declared as pass There are negative markings of .25 for each incorrect answer. In the CPT exams there is no subject as Maths, you can clear the CPT exams just by studying the text books provided by the ICAI. |

CPT is Common Proficiency Test for Chartered Accountancy Course.
There is nothing impossible and if you have the dedication then definitely you can clear the CPT. So don't worry and work hard on your basics to improve your maths skills. If you are not good at self study then you can take help of a teacher or join some coaching classes. You have to prepare for following subjects for CPT: -Fundamental of Accounting -Mercantile Laws -General Economics -Quantitative Aptitude So not only Maths you also must have proper knowledge of Commerce subjects then only you can clear the CPT. The qualify marks for CPT is 50% and you can achieve it easily if you give proper time to the subjects in which you are having problem. Hi anonymous! No matter if you are not a maths student. First things first, be confident enough. Just focus on statistics first and then try to do main chapters from maths. You'll definitely get cleared. Best of luck!

I have not opted for maths in commerce class 12 I am eager to pass can but not taking maths pulls me back.
Can you suggest with anyway to get along with maths after class 12. All I be able to give my exams in June or I can prepare till December? |

Sir actually I'm a student from non maths background and whenever I used to study maths It always makes me unconfident to study other subjects please tell me some solution for this or maa chudao
