How can I fill CA CPT examination form if lost my CRO No.?


Sir my name is Yogita Shadeeja and I am aspiring CA CPT 2016 Dec attempt but I have lost my CRO No. And I have to fill my examination form in October and I am having my acknowledgement no. And also application form please help me to get my cro no.

I filled my CPT form on 30 June 2017 but I still didn't get my Cro number . Now I am unable to fill exam form for CPT. Please help me to get my Cro number.
