To apply for the Common Proficiency Test which is going to be held on 17-06-2012, you need to register with the official website icaiexam.icai.org

After completion of the registration process, you will be able to apply for the Common Proficiency Test through online application form.
The last date to submit the online application form is 25-04-2012.

After submitting the online application form, you will also need to send the print out of the same application form, duly attested along with photographs at the following address:

The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India
Icai Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg
New Delhi – 110 002

The last date to submit the print out version of the application form is 30-04-2012.
