How can I get Indian Citizenship being a resident of Nepal?
Sir, I'm Kamal I belonged to Nepal but I complete my education in Himachal Pradesh and living here since last 20 years. Am I eligible to get the Indian Citizenship? If yes, then how?

You might get the Indian Citizenship by the process of Naturalization. What is meant by Naturalization?
Ans : The aplicants have to be a resident of india for last 12 years. Or if he/ she gives the service to the Govt of India. Then she/ he can apply for the certificate of Naturalization. If Govt of India satisfied to verify all the credentials. Then he or she may get a citizenship of India. |
