Dear friend yes you can apply in this job but you must pass entrance which is taken by UPSC ,then you can do job in railway...........

you fill the IES form in which there is no any criteria and you can give to this exam open.............

after pass this exam you go for interview and take the job in railway.........

this is the good opportunity for you if you can do job in railway...........
