for sponsorship in shipping industry ...you will have to appear for a written or online exam conducted by shipping companies and then an interview followed by a medical .....

and then you will get a sponsorship from the company.....

there are many companies like angloeastern,torm,etc.....which conduct the exams for sponsorship.......
