How can I get transfer certificate for higher studies if failed in 9th standard?
Respected Sir/Madam, I got failed in 9th standard. So, I am planning to get transfer certificate from my recent school and join higher studies. Kindly tell me what I have to do for this? How can I do that?

Yes, you can certainly apply for Transfer Certificate from your school. You would need to contact your school administration in writing to request for the Transfer Certificate.
