how i can join IMA after passing class12 from commerce streem inC.B.S.E.

IMA stands for Indian Military Academy. In order to join IMA, you should have to crack CDS (Combined Defence Services) Exam.

This CDS Exam is the common written exam for the candidates to be placed in
-IMA (Indian Military Academy)
-Indian Naval Academy
-Indian Air Force Academy
-Officers Training Academy.

One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university to be eligible to apply for IMA through CDS Exam.

In addition, one should be in the age group of 19-23 years to be eligible for this.

As you have completed 12th class, I suggest you to complete your Graduation first with any of the stream which you are interested.

Once, you complete your Graduation, you are eligible to take this exam.

As you are going to start your Graduation course, what I suggest you is to start preparation for this exam from the 2nd year of your Graduation course.

On the basis of your 12th class as the highest level of academic qualification, you can join Army wing of NDA by cracking NDA Exam.

This Exam is also being conducted by UPSC twice a year.

In order to be eligible for this exam,
-You should have completed your 12th class or pursuing final year of 12th class
-You should possess an age between 16 1/2 years to 19 years
-You should be an unmarried male candidate.

If you are interested, you can apply and appear for this exam also.
