Sir my name is swati. I was graduted by b. Com. Compute by 73% & 12 passed by commerce subject by 60%. How can I join the indian air force.. & which field government field is suitable for me.. How can I join that fields.

No, you are not eligible to apply for the Indian Air Force after graduation in B.Com. But you can apply for the Indian Army and OTA.

The examination is conducted by the UPSC as Combined Defence Services and is conducted twice in a year to recruitment of candidates in Indian Air Force , Navy , Army. The CDS I for 2015 ended and CDS II will be conducted in the November and application will be available from July.

The eligibility criteria to apply for the different wings of Defence are as :-
* Candidates must have passed the graduation degree from the recognised university.
* Candidates age an discipline must be :-
i ) 19-22 years and graduation in Physics and Mathematics for Air Force.
ii ) 19-23 years and graduation in Physics and Mathematics for Navy.
iii ) 19-24 years an graduation in any discipline for IMA.
iv ) 19-25 years and graduation in any discipline for OTA.

As for government jobs you are eligible for Civil Services , SSC , Banking on your educational qualification.

I am sorry to say that after passing B.Com you are not eligible for Indian Air Force.
If you really want to join Indian Defence Services then you can join Indian Army.

For joining Indian Army you have to qualify the C.D.S exam.

COMBINE DEFENCE ENTRANCE EXAM

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Eligibility for C.D.S exam:-
> Pass graduation with any stream from reconized university.
For Joining Indian Air force or Navy you have pass graduation with physics and maths
> Age limit for C.D.S exam is 19-25 year.
> You should be medically fit.

There are three stage of sellection:-
> Written exam
> Interview
> Medical Exam.

Interview and Medical exam is conducted by Services Selection Board.
