I have house in Kosra kalan village post manda dist allahabad but I have complited my study in Jharkhand and my wife comlited her study in uttar pradesh but since last 15 year she live with me at jharkhand, I have house in uttar pradesh village and I am paying land rent regularly, can i get domilce certificate for my son.

my bith took place in u.p but i did my schooling from haryana . can i get a domecile fo u.p.. and still my parents did their schooling too from u.pcan i get ?
