i live in delhi and my birth place is also delhi i wanna make domicile certificate of UP. me and my father did not schooling from up so what document are used to make up domicile plz send me an answer

No Dear. because for taking Domicile certificate, you should become the 3 or 5 year domicile of particular state. so firstly you should stay there for few years permanently. after that u become a domicile of that state.

Neverthlers you are eligible for obtaining domicile certificate from UP as you're born n brought up in Delhi and moreover if you are not at all residing in up so there is no question of issuing domicile certificate from up as per my knowledge cause same thing happened with me. But i was suggested that if my family had stayed in the same locality for long period from where i wish to get certify of domicile then i had a chance to get the domicile certificate.

The domicile certificate of UP only can take whose birth place is UP or whose name is in Voter identity card in UP state,and your birth place is Delhi, so you cann't get your domicile for UP.

I suggest you that you can't get domicile certificate of uttar pradesh if you are living in delhi.domicile certificate is a proof that your family and you are living at that place for long year.
domicile certificate is given after complete varification that you are living thera from long year and you are registred by that place officer.this is a commen thing.
domicile certificate means you are candidate of that place and living there from long time.

sorry friend from the little information you have mentioned
about yourself, it is clear
that you have no connection with UP.you are neither living in
up nor your schooling is from UP so you can not get a genuine
domicile certificate of UP because you are not a domicile.
And even though your father did his schooling from UP
you also need to have studied certain classes and minimum years in UP to be
declared a domicile.
If you want it for education benefits there are much better opportunities in
Delhi itself, so go for Domicile of Delhi.
And if you get your UP domicile in illeagal ways you can face
serious penalties if found out.so just leave this thought.
However Sons/daughters of persons who are domicile of UP but have passed the qualifying examination from institutes located outside the state of UP are eligible for admission to the courses offered at institutions other than the Regional Engineering College, and can take admission if they have applied for other than reserved category.

so you still can get admission in UP but you wont get free seats.

For making domicile of u.p. you need to have a permanent address of u.p. and you said that you and your father have not done schooling from u.p. but if any of your relative lives in u.p. then by using their permanent address you can apply for domocile.

While filling admission forms for entrance test of UPTECH there was an option if you hav up domicile or not. I filled 'no' dat means I'm eligible in 15% seats which are reserved for non-UPs. Then why there is need of domicile if I'm selected within those 15% seats???

my father has the copy of his cast certificate from up but lost the original one ,can i get some benifit of this in up tet recruitment? He has his educational records from up, and worked in central govt.service.

my wife have a domicile (5 years old) from agra her hometown and now after marriage we are in meerut because meerut is my home town so do she need to apply for domicile again from meerut or it can be made from agra against that old one..

i m married in up .my husband has domicile of up.can i can get domicile of up..........we r staying since 4 years in up......
