sir i am prem shankar doing b.tech in computer science engineering from punjab technical university. sir i want to become junior telecom officer after doing b.tech but i didn't know how to get prepare for JTO.. so sir please give me knowledge about syllabus of jto and other important thing..........

BSNL(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) has announced Recruitment of Telecom Officer in various Regions in India.Details for this Posts are :-

• Name of Post - Technical Assistant Officer.
• Total Number of Vacancies - 109.
• Pay Scale - Rs 18,500.

Educational qualification (In any One):-

• You should have a 3 year's Diploma degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics and Communication/Information Technology/Radio/Computer/Instruments.
• You should have a Post Graduation degree in Electronics from recognized university.

Marks :-

• Your minimum marks should be 50% in specified stream/branch.

Age :-

• Your minimum age should be 18 years.
• Your age should not be above 27 years.

Age Relaxations :-

• SC/ST category candidates will get 5 years of age relaxations.
• OBC category candidates will get 3 years of age relaxations.
• Physically Handicapped persons will get 10 years of age relaxations.

Age Relaxations for Departmental candidates :-

• Upto 40 years for General candidates.
• Upto 45 years for SC/ST candidates.
• Upto 43 years for OBC candidates.

Exam pattern :-

• This exam will divided into 3 sections.
• Total duration of this exam will be 3 hours.
• Total number of questions will be 200.
• Each question will be of 1 marks.

Exam Syllabus :-

• General ability test - 20 Marks.
• Basic Engineering - 90 Marks.
• Specialization - 90 Marks.
