Yes, this is the right time to start with exam preparation. You can attend the exam by the end of next year. Reasoning, QA, general awareness, verbal ability, etc are the main topics covered under the program. Exam preparations can be initiated after collecting detailed syllabus, and after setting a proper time table. Training under coaching centers will also help you in the process.

Hi

It is said that prefinal year of graduation is the best time to start your preparation for CAT for following reasons

- It provide you ample time for study
- it also gives you time to revise and solve mock papers
- no need to take a year gap for CAT preparation

Best way is to join any good coaching class.
you may join
TIME
IMS
Career Launcher etc

They will cover the entire syllabus in one year, and remaining time you can solve as many mock papers as possible.
The more you solve, the more you gain.

all the best
