For abnk exams first of all clear your doubts that you have in your basics, Best book is CBSE BOOKS and then after go for Wren and Martin series and read that book which will help you a lot, Learn word meanings, One word substitution, Synonym-antonym, Idiom phrases, Direct indirect, active passive from this book and after that solve English unsolved paper and you can also lucent books as they are also of fine quality.

Hello friend, the English which is asked in Bank exams is generally of high school level.
I would suggest you to revise the concepts from NCERT books of class 10th, 11th and 12th. Moreover you can also refer to the Arun Sharma's book named How to prepare for Verbal Ability.
This much preparation would suffice to clear your exam.
All The Best!!
