GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering

You must have to prepare with concepts for cracking GATE exam.

After cracking GATE exam you can enter in the PSU directly.

SO my suggestion to you is that you should prepare yourself with full dedication and score good rank.

You can use some reference book for preparation::>>

** Gate Guide Civil Engineering

** Gate Tutor 2015 Civil

** Gate Paper Civil

My suggestion to you is that you should attempt mock test online so that you can test your level and improve accordingly.
