How can I re-start my career with BE ETC and a gap of 7 years?

I have completed my B.E in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in the year 2008. I have worked as Design Engineer for 1 year and 1 year as a Lecturer. After that I have taken a break of 7 years due to family reasons. Now what I can do? How I should start my career once again?
