I had one arrear in my 6th semester of B.E.I have cleared it in 7th semester.Whether I will be able to take admission for M tech?

You can apply for M.Tech, as you have cleared all the arrear papers. You should have qualified GATE also. Other entrance tests like SRMEE and VITMEE are conducted for admission to M.Tech. Candidates with at least 60% marks in qualifying examination can seek admission with IIT’s. Application for admission can be forwarded through the website of the concerned institution.

Hai, You have one arrear in 6th semester. After completion of your course B.E.You shouldn't have any arrears. If you have any arrears then you are not eligible to appear GATE exam.
You have to write GATE exam and you have to qualify to study M.Tech. If you are not qualified in GATE then also you can study M.Tech by paying 1 lakh for year or semester. This is another way.
It is better to take coaching for gate exam because qualifying in Gate also help in getting better job opportunities.
