How to check the IIT JEE application form status to take print out?

For taking print application form of iit2011-2012 i want to know my application status , how to know my application status

Once you send the application form then only you can check the status of your application form. You can know the application for status in the official website of IITJEE. You have to click the link application form status. You have to enter the application form number in the text box provided. When you click the submit button you can know the status of your application form.
