How to confirm the current status of job application in Wipro?


I have successfully registered for Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt, 2020 and also got registration ID and password through same email. But yet didn't get any notification related to test syllabus and documents carry while my friend got that one. Am I rejected? Is there any way to confirm the current status?

I have already got the offer letter from wipro and also upload documents for verification purpose. But today 32 days passed , i did not get any update. Should I wait or leave?
