If you are willing to pursue Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program through distance mode,you do not have the option to complete the program in 12 months. The duration of Bachelor of Education program offered through distance mode is 24 months, i.e. 2 years.

Since you have mentioned that you are presently working as a teacher, you can be considered eligible to pursue the course provided you have a minimum of two years teaching experience and must have completed either Bachelors or Masters Degree program from a recognized university.

In order to complete Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program in One year, you have got to pursue it through regular mode and for that, you must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in the bachelors degree examination or equivalent qualification.

The B.Ed degree course is a full fledged 2 years course and can under no circumstances be done in 1 year.
Since you are a teacher you are eligible to do B.Ed provided you have a bachelor's or a master's degree with atleast 45% in both.
