Can I do BEd through distance education without working as a teacher?

I am post graduate in MA Economics with graduation in Economics. I would like to do B Ed through distance education and right now i am working in research organization. Can I know the universities that provide distance education for BEd without experience in teaching and list of some affiliated universities in Mumbai.

Most of the universities require teaching experience.(CORRE)
YOU can work as lecturer in college only you have to do is to clear NET exam.


as eligiblity for NET is
Post graduation in any subject with 55% marks.
age limit- no age limit.
The exam consist three papers.
Syllabus
paper I:
It is a objective type paper.
General knowledge
Current affairs
Aptitude and reasoning
It is for 100 marks
paper II
Core subjects
it is for 100 marks
Paper III
Selected core subjects
It is for 200 marks
Total marks are : 400

Hi! I am a post graduate with 60% in science and 48% in graduation holding a tribal certificate. I desperately wanted to join B.ed from Darjeeling. Ramakrishna B.ed college.I appeared entrance test where I scored 50,only to know that I was not eligible. I appeared the test three times but in vain. I have two years experience in school and still working. I appeared IGNOU entrance as well. I qualified but my call letter has still not come. What should I do?
