I have cleared my both groups of CA IPCC in the last November 2011 and now i want to do CS also simultaneously, can you please say me whether i can write CS executive directly without doing foundation course????

you have to have graduation degree or you should have completed your Chartered Accountancy course to be able to write the Executive level Examination of Company Secretary course.

If you have completed your graduation degree also than you can write the executive level examination of company secretary course.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE

10+2 passed any stream or equivalent qualification from recognized board.
or
if you are graduate from recognized university you can apply in executive level examination of company secretary course.

2,EXECUTIVE

Can professional training program of 15 months be undergone while pursing articleship under CA Course?
