JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University offers distance learning courses in the various technical departments, including electrical engineering. The duration of the program is three years and comprises of six semesters.

Candidate who have passed the Xth with Maths, Science and English are eligible to apply for the course.

Candidate who have passed the +2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English or 12th Technical, or NCVT/MCVC/ITI are eligible for direct admission in to the third semester of the course through lateral entry.

The duration of the course for such candidates is two years and four semesters.

The University is recognized by the University Grant Commission [UGC], Distance Education Council [DEC] and the Government of India.
