The JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Rajasthan offers Diploma programs in various technical departments including Electrical through Distance Education. The University is recognized by the University Grant Commission [UGC] and the Distance programs are approved by the Distance Education Council [DEC].

In order to pursue the Diploma programs in Electrical, candidate must have passed the Xth with Mathematics, Science and English. The duration of the program is three years and comprises of six semesters. Candidates who have passed the +2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English or Technical are eligible to enroll in to the third semester through lateral entry scheme.
