i am going to finish my b.e civil engineering. i am interested in environmental engineering. how to get myself in that path? help me..

as per the environmental engineering after civil engineering is concerned, you have wide opportunities outside india. as in india, i am not that much aware of such colleges
so here are the various colelges coming under this category:
stanford university
us berkley department of civil and environmental engineering
massachusetts institute of technology
and many other colleges in virginia offer similar courses. check them out.
well to get into collegs in us and some other countries, you got to write GRE,TOEFL exams.
