hai i jst complete my MCA 5th sem,,,,,,so i want to do internship with an it company,,,,so kindly tell me the process??

Since you are doing Masters or specialization course.
It would be better if you write some research field where you would like to work unlike b.tech or graduation internship where mentor gives what to do.
Write the statement of Purpose ( SOP ) and send to the respective company. Mostly they will allow you to pursue what you want to .

You can also ask your friend or senior working in IT company to push your CV
