From where can i get the bank forms as well as information about them(both the government and private bank)?

Each bank conducts their own exam. The date of the exam will vary based on the vacancies available. The structure of the exam is normally similar for all banks. To streamline the exam many nationalised banks have joined to conduct one exam for all the banks. However banks like SBI have not joined in for the same.
