You can apply for LL.B as graduation is the basic qualification required. Degree must be obtained with a minimum of 45-50% marks. Admissions are made through national/state/University level entrance exams. CLAT, Kerala Law Entrance Exam, etc are some of such entrance exams. Age requirements vary with college/University.

You should apply for the 3 years LLB. There is also a 5 years LLB but since you have completed graduation, there is no point applying for it through Common Law Admission Test.

The course for you is 3 years LLB. Although there is no difference on merit between the two courses. The 3 years LLB is offered after finishing graduation which you have. But there is percentage criteria to meet in the graduation course.

The criteria for marks varies from college to college. Most popular colleges to offer the LLB 3 years course are Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University etc. You can apply for admission in these colleges.

But please do not apply for correspondence course. The LLB is not allowed to be studied through correspondence or distance education. The degree you may see offered by such institutes is not the LLB but some other Bachelor of Law degree.

Do not apply for it as Bar Council of India does not recognize it. There is a big no for any correspondence or distance education under graduate degree for law.

LLB Eligibility

1. The candidate must hold Bachelor's degree.

2. The minimum marks required is 45%. In some colleges like DU 50%.

3. The requirement of minimum marks for SC/ST is 40%.

4. You should not be older than 30 years.

5. The relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST.

6. There is no relaxation for OBC.
