Re: How to do MBA after doing B.Com
I have got this question from many of the candidates. People have decided to join MBA course but they don't know the way how to join this course.
Because upto Graduation, the candidates are not required to attempt any Entrance Exam in order to get admission. But at Post Graduation level, the candidates should crack the respective Entrance Exam to get admission for a particular course. Popular Entrance Exams through which candidates can join MBA course are CAT MAT GMAT XAT etc. Apart from these national wide Entrance Exams, there are state level Entrance Exams also that give admission for MBA course. Here is the eligibility that you should possess in order to be eligible to apply for Entrance Exams. One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% of marks. Candidates from SC or ST category should secure minimum 45% of marks in order to be eligible for the Entrance Exams. As you have completed B.Com at your Graduation level, the following specializations will be good for you to join in MBA course. MBA in Finance MBA in Accounting MBA in International Business MBA in Entrepreneurship Management MBA in Risk Management MBA in Marketing Management etc. You can join MBA course by Full Time or Regular MBA course Part Time MBA course Executive MBA course etc. One thing is sure that there are good number of job opportunities for the candidates after completion of MBA course. But the candidates should have strong business knowledge and communication skills to get the job. Prepare well for the Entrance Exam and try to get admission for this course in a top college. Wish you all the best. |

Re: How to do MBA after doing B.Com
I'm a B.COM external student from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat.
After doing B.COM, I want to do MBA from a recognised institute such as SP Jain - Mumbai, ISB - Hyderabad, Oxford University - London, etc. Even if my MBA entrance exam as well as interview goes well, will I be rejected because I did my graduation as an external student when compared to regular students? Or is it only based on the entrance exams and interview? What are my admission chances? Please reply as soon as possible. Thank You. E-mail ID - [email protected] |
