Yes You're eligible to for M.Sc in forensic science coure after completing BSc with microbiology. The canidate who completed B.Sc course in sience stream are eligible to apply for M.Sc in forensic science. So, After completing B.Sc course you're eligible for M.Sc in forensic science course.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc in forensic science:-

The candidate should be complete B.Sc in science/ engineering / pharmacy/medicine with Minimum 50% percentage of marks from recognized university. But, the percentage of marks is varies from College to College.

Based on the Entrance Examination conducted by the Instituion the admission may get amdission in M.Sc in forensic science coure.
