I am karthikeyan working in G4S securitas as assignment manager. I wish to enter in the field of cyber security . what should i do ? my age is 39.Pls guide me.

Here is the eligibility for cyber security jobs
You must be age 18 or older, seeking full-time employment within one year of
certification, and be one of the following:
1. New Worker: Unemployed, and seeking education or skills to obtain employment in
the industry
2. Dislocated Worker: Laid off or terminated and unlikely to return to prior field of
employment
3. Underemployed Worker: Currently employed part-time or in a low wage job
4. Incumbent Worker: Currently employed in the IT field, and seeking to upgrade
skills that will lead to promotion—NO LONGER AVAILABLE!— Funding threshold has
been reached.
5. Recently Separated Veteran: Veterans will get priority of service
