How To Fill IIT JEE Entrance Exam Form

The IIT JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) is conducted every year for admissions to B.Tech courses in IITs and ISM Dhanbad..

A candidate must satisfy the following eligibility criterion for appearing in IIT JEE :-

>> The candidate must be either appearing for class 12th boards or must have cleared 12th with an aggregate of 60% in PCM (55% for SC/ST)

>> The candidates are eligible for appearing only 2 times in IIT JEE..once in the year of passing 12th and the other attempt in the very next year..

The new IIT JEE pattern is as follows :-

>> IIT JEE Mains
>> IIT JEE Advanced

Only 1,50,000 students overall shall qualify for the next round of IIT JEE Advanced..

Once you clear the IIT JEE Mains..you need to register again for the IIT JEE Advanced..

The registration fees for IIT JEE Mains 2013 is as follows :-

>> General/OBC :- Rs 1800/-
>> SC/ST/ PwD :- Rs 900/-
>> Female Candidates :- Free

You can pay the registration fees at any SBI Branch having core banking solutions..

The forms shall be available from 8th November,2012 to 15th December,2012

From 2013 , its become quite difficult to fill the application form for the IIT Joint Entrance Exam .

This is because as per the latest disputes , the IIT - kanpur has decided that from 2013 , only those candidates are eligible to appear in the IIT Exam who are amongst the top 20% students from their respective state as per the marks obtained by them in 12th.

So , If You are amongst those candidates then you can apply for the same.

The Last Date for the Application is 15th Of December , 2012.

* Cost Of Application Form :

a) Rs. 1800/- for General/OBC Candidates.

b) Rs.900/- For SC/ST Candidates.

c) Free For Girl Candidates.
