First of all, I want to aware you that this is a counseling forum, not a Mathematical problem discussion forum. So don't post such questions here. Anyway, the answer to your question is:- Rs.70,000.
5% commission on 70,000 = 3,500 1% commission on sales above 50,000= 700 Total earnings = 3,500+700=4,200 |

At First, Just take sale price, multiply it by the commission percentage, divide it by 100.
Or, An example calculation:= a blue widget is sold for $70 . The sales person works on a commission - he gets 14% out of every transaction, which amounts to $9.80 . |

Dear,
As mention by you total commission is 5% on sale. therefore you get Rs 5 on Rs100 sale. that means you get Rs 1 on Rs. (100/5)= Rs.20 sale therefore you get Rs 4200 on Rs (4200*20) = Rs 84000 sale. So. you done the sale of more then 50000/-, so you are eligible for 1% extra Bonus, which will be {(84000*1)/100}= Rs. 840/- So, your total earning will be Rs (4200+840) = Rs 5040/- |
