For taking admission in Under-Graduate Courses in the state of Punjab you will have to apply for PU OCET (Punjab University Combined Entrance Test).
Through this entrance the courses in which you will able to take admission is as follows :

• B.A .
• B.Sc.
• B.Com.
• BBA.
• BCA.
• B.sc(IT).
• B.A in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Educational qualification :

• Your minimum educational qualification should be 10+2 pass out from recognized state/central education board.
• You should have a minimum of Five Subjects in 10+2 level.

Marks required :

• Candidates from General category should have a minimum 60% in 10+2.
• Candidates from SC/ST category should have a minimum of 50% in 10+2.

Exam Pattern for PU OCET

• Total number of questions will be 100.
• Each section will include 25 questions.
  
• Total duration of this entrance test will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• Total marks for this entrance test will be 200.

Exam Syllabus for PU OCET

1. General Knowledge.
2. Business Aptitude/Computer Basics/Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/English Grammar/Commerce/Economics (For Honors Paper).
