I have scored 82% marks in class 10 and in 2012-13 I will pass my 12,,,so I want admission in good government college so what should I do..

u can take addmision in govt b.tech colleges by getting good rank in jee main .
u can take addmision in govt b.sc,b.com,b.a by filling the form and the selection will be on merit list if u got 80% in 12th then u can easily come in merit

Now, here you should take admission in that college where you can get best faculty for diploma or polytechnic degrees approved with ugc,aicte .
