Re: How to take admission in government engineering college after scoring 65% marks in class 12th?
To get admission in the government engineering colleges you need to clear their respective entrance examinations especially Joint entrance examination or your state EEE.
By clearing JEE you will be eligible for admission in the engineering colleges managed by Central government such as IIT, NIT, IIIT, ISM where as by competing State EEE you are eligible for admission in the engineering colleges managed by State government. * For appearing in these examination you need to have a higher secondary school degree with PCM as your main subjects and managing at least 50% aggregate in the same from a recognized university. Students having equivalent degree and pursuing the final year of degree courses are also eligible. * Also for the same examinations your age must be within 17 years to 25 years. For further details regarding any of the mentioned examination you can visit their official website |

Re: How to take admission in government engineering college after scoring 65% marks in class 12th?
There is no such criteria for taking admission in government engineering colleges on the basis of marks scored in the 10+2 examinations. If you want admission in government engineering colleges, you must apply for the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
JEE has two stages: 1. JEE Mains for admission in NITs, government engineering college. 2. JEE Advanced for admission in IITs. If you have done 10+2 from a recognized board, you can apply for the JEE mains in 2016 provided that you must have studied PCM in 10+2. |
